1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales are final.
Because our items are delivered as instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed.
2. Exceptions – Wrong or Corrupted File
We may offer a replacement if:
You receive the wrong product file, or
The file is corrupted/unusable and cannot be opened.
In such cases, please contact us at support@mediamakersstudio.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order details. Our team will review and provide you with the correct working file.
3. Technical Support
If you face difficulties downloading or accessing your purchase, please email support@mediamakersstudio.com. We’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
4. Responsibility of the Buyer
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Ensure you have the required software or applications (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Notion, etc.) to use the product. Compatibility details are mentioned on each product page.
5. Unauthorized Use
Refunds will not be issued if you:
Change your mind after purchase,
Fail to download the product,
Do not have the required software to use the product,
Or attempt to misuse, resell, or redistribute our products.
